DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Direct billing is available for Medavie Bluecross and Green Shield. Receipts will be issued for the following insurance providers: Manulife, Great West Life and Sunlife. Please ask your individual insurance provider if you`re covered. 

DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION?
For the most part, no. You can self refer; however, some insurance policies require a prescription in order to receive a treatment and to get reimbursed. Please check with your provider if a prescription is required prior to booking an appointment.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 
We accept cash, cheques or e-mail money transfers. At this time, debit and credit cards are not accepted.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
 

  •  24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. 

  • Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact will be considered a “no-show” and charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment. Future service may be denied until payment is made.

  •  Arriving late - Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments following yours and you will be billed for the full price of the session.
     

No one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (weather, sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.); therefore exceptions may be made to the above policy.
